What are the classes like?

IBloomHere focuses on small-group, live, interactive, online classes, delivering excellent learning experiences. Every teacher is screened, background checked and provided with quality training by our team. Our primary objective is to have students interact continually. Our class sizes are limited to ensure every student will have ample opportunity to interact. Our goal is to make sure that students are completely engaged. This format provides a high degree of social interaction between learners and teachers.

What is IBloomHere's class policy?

IBloomHere classes are designed to be creative and nurturing to their students. We want to ensure that everyone is comfortable with the class.

How are teachers selected?

We screen our teachers to ensure that they have the right aptitude for teaching, We conduct background checks for identity verification and criminal records.

Are my kids safe at IBloomHere?

We want you to be rest assured that, we will do our best to ensure that student safety is our first priority. We will monitor the classes to ensure that students are well respected and safe, Classes will be recorded and reviewed where applicable to ensure the safety of kids.

Refund Policies?

You will receive a full refund under these circumstances :

• If you cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
• If the teacher cancels a class.

What happens if I am not able to attend a class that I have enrolled in?

Since our classes are highly limited in size to ensure the complete engagement of all students, we will not be able to refund the amount for the class that you missed.

Are my payments secure?

Yes, payments are secured through The Teachable platform's payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted end to end for secure payment.

What are my payment options?

Students have multiple payment options when it comes to purchasing courses on Teachable: credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay®, and Google Pay™.

We registered for an online class. How do I get my meeting link?

Once you’ve enrolled, you’ll see the upcoming class on your My Courses. Click on the course title to view your classes. Here you can see messages from the teacher.

When it’s time for class to begin, just click start lecture.
